This project is a 3D walking simulator set in a surreal, minimalist dreamscape. The game features a disjointed labyrinth navigated through portals, blending architectural and natural elements.
All assets were created and customized by me. The labyrinth design draws inspiration from Escher, combining modular structures with player-focused mechanics. I programmed environmental effects like swaying foliage, rain, and fog to create a dynamic and immersive atmosphere.
I used grayscale tones to enhance dimensionality and reinforce the dreamlike disconnection from reality. The project explores themes of entrapment and repetition, with game mechanics reflecting uncertainty through trial-and-error navigation.
